I've started to dig in to my weather map problem. I'm using ehHaChgPicture and supplying a web address.

Are GIF's even supported?

Also, there are "Debug Msg-oPic is nothing" errors in the log, just like my previous problem. The images that work now still throw that error, too.

Maybe a clue...

It seems that changes initiated from buttons don't work, but they do when they come from the eHomeClient.VBS.

Sorry I missed this one. Yeah GIF's are failing on the MS inet dload OCX.
Let me checkout some other options.

where is the GIF file located? Inet or local network?

Just for the record it was an issue of the difference between a linux inet server and a windows inet server...
