Could the Browser run full width, and a little more vertical along the lines of the image below? Hopefully 800 wide would avoid scrolling on the majority of sites, and the additional height would lessen the vertical scrolling. Just a thought.

good point. well I have not found one friendly touch screen web page out there I guess if you use a pointing device (touch screen pen) then... the web is much more friendly.

But 1024*768 is coming

You do have a point. maybe an option to run a more full screen browser.
