eHomeBrowser.exe

Post here with ideas and thoughts of how to make the eHome software better

eHomeBrowser.exe

Would it be possible to add a control to the external browser that would switch to the eHomeClient. I use the browser for a ip security camera and would prefer not to have to open and close the browser each time I view the camera. I use the external browser because the content window is larger.

yeah, I was just thinking the same thing.
Where do you call the Browser from? Main menu or screen designer?

What do you think of multiple instances of it? So say 2 browsers for 2 cameras?
Or maybe a tabbed like interface... hhhhmmmmm

I call it from the main menu. However, when I get time I plan on building a custom interface with Screen Designer.

I think I'd like tabbed more than multiple instances.

OK - check your email.

I quickly added the exit - minimize screen from eHome to it.
If called from eHome when you minimize it it should show the client window.
Let me know how this works for you.

Anybody else want it - let me know but otherwise it will be in the next release.

Thanks.

You probably plan to do these, but a couple of suggestions: Rather than the pop up menu just add minimize to the icons at the top. Have focus change to eHome Client after minimizing the browser.

I understand.

I am holding off from allot of work on it at the moment, kicking around the idea of just the browser and the screen designer together.
I am not sure how many other tools are being used in the office and the kitchen.

But this should at least get you by at the moment. :D
