I think this is a bad control on one of your screens.

OK - also added some extra error code to tell us the name of the control that is having problems

Code: Select all
Same description or ID?

Description, actually. The ID's were always different.

This one is interesting...

ehHaChgPicture "imgWxMap", "http://66.28.250.180/data/640x480/2xradara4.gif"

g_oGbl.EH_HA_Control "imgAlbArt", "PIC_SET", "//compaqevo/powerhome/web/folder.jpg"

The second one works, but not the first. Also, how does ehHaChgPicture know which screen?

I am using a Win32 API call to verify a valid URL. It must be returning false. Should I change it?

Also, how does ehHaChgPicture know which screen

MAGIC! :D

LOL - it looks at all screens until it finds the control name. I will redo this though in the future.

Hmm. This works...

Code: Select all
ehHaChgPicture "imgAlbArt", "http://192.168.0.101:8000/folder.jpg"

Also, this gives a Type mismatch error...

Code: Select all
resp = g_oGbl.PopupListBox("Select an option", array("1","2","3"), resp, , "Options")

Go figure on the net address?????

I just fixed the PopupListBox. BUT.... I am now seeing the random screen change! Time to chase this down!

I just found that this does not work for me in a script.

g_oGbl.EH_HA_Control "wCam", "WBR_REFRESH"

OK - got the popuplist box working. Minor thing between VBA and VBS. Also got the random screen change bug.

Tony? Want to do some testing? :)

Idea:
Can the ON_HA_SCRN_SWITCH VBS be moved into the screen designer as an action for the screens?

This would allow most work to be done in the designer, and support error checking!

ON_HA_SCRN_SWITCH is in the eHomeClient.vbs file. The VBS for the screens is stored in the screens database. I am working on some better validation though. :) I always knew that with the VBS power came the VBS pain!!! LOL

Bug
In Screen Designer, when you have the grid on, select an object, then click on the BG, the grid dots go away. Toggling the grid fixes it.

Ooh! I see a marquee! Will it work soon? :D
