eHome Manager Hanging on Boot

I just noticed that, on boot, the Manager hangs, but, if I launch it manually, it's fine.

Still can't repro this... I am going to bring up a VMWARE machine and start from scratch to see if I can get a repro. Did look at the code and the only thing I can see is maybe a validating lic issue... Back after the break!
